To maintain strict anonymity until the designs have been published and judged by the jury panel, the participants will submit their design work under number only.
Until the winners are announced on the official opening on 03 November 2018, the works are exposed under that number.
The number will be issued after receiving the registration form.
The deadline for participants to acquire the participation number is 21 September 2018.
Simultaneously with the issue of number of participation instructions are given on the method of payment
The deadline for participants to submit their designs is 22 October 2018.
Address for delivery of design work is to be taken from the application form.
Architect/Designer participants will pay the following fee to submit their designs:

| Senior Division: | €400 per design |
| Junior Division: | €350 per design |
| Free artists are to pay | €350 per design |
| Students are to pay | €150 per design. |
| Executive Division: | 10 years experience or more in architecture or design |
| Senior Division: | 3 to 10 years experience |
| Junior Division: | 1 to 3 years experience |
All information provided by participants must be accurate. Any information that misleads the organizers of the contest will result in immediate suspension of the participant from the contest. With no refund of fees paid.
Should the number of participants fail to exceed the minimum of 150, the design contest will be cancelled. Any fees paid by participants will be reimbursed.
The winners will be announced at a special session of the jury panel on the day of the official opening of the exhibition on Saturday, November 3, 2018
The sponsor accepts no liability for damages or other problems affecting the work prior to the opening of the exhibition. All reasonable precautions will be taken in handling and transport as well as during the exhibition but the sponsor accepts no liability for damages as a result of unavoidable circumstances.
All measures that are required to protect industrial property rights are the responsibility of the participant. The sponsor reserves the first right of using the design in an actual construction project. The sponsor will hold all rights concerning publication and exhibition on all design works submitted to the competition.
Copyright will revert to the applicant but the sponsor will hold the rights to announcements of the recognized work.
Submitted design works should not have appeared previously in any media or already built at any location whatsoever. Decisions on all matters falling outside the range of these specifications are left to the applicants. Submitted design works and scale models will be returned, but copies of the design works have to be provided to the organizers.
