All designs are presented to the public on the International Design Exhibition which will be held in Accra from 03 November 2018 until 27 October, 2019 From 27 Oct/ 03 November the exhibition will be open to jury panel and press only.
The official opening festivities with presentation of awards will be held on 3 November 2018.
For the presentation, the designs can be pasted on a decoration board. These boards are part of the exhibition furniture and can be used at one per submission. The maximum size is 122cm x 244cm. (W x H).
For 3D scale models a table board of max.122cm x 122cm can be mounted to that board.
All visual materials like: lay-out or plan drawings, detailed drawings, perspective drawings, scale models or model photographs or any other should be provided in a way that it can form part of the exhibition.
Electronic presentations by TV screen projection or any other technique is very welcomed, however specific equipment has to be provided as part of the submission.
The sponsor is accepting responsibility for electronic equipment, projectors, TV-sets and other presentation equipment during the exhibition. A copy of an adequate insurance policy is available on request.
